Looks like the livna repository is being merged into the rpmfusion repository

If you have livna already installed, just do:
yum install rpmfusion-free-release rpmfusion-nonfree-release
If you have none installed, do:
rpm -ivh http://livna-dl.reloumirrors.net/fedora/9/x86_64/livna-release-9-1.noarch.rpm rpm -ivh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm rpm -ivh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm
Some packages still remain in the livna repository, so installing livna is still recommended.
